for your event or celebration!

Situated at the southern end of the historic river community of Verona, Pennsylvania, our ADA-compliant and LEED Gold facility features natural light, fresh airflow, and panoramic wooded and river views visible from all available spaces and eight balconies, creating a truly unique setting for your wedding, shower, corporate retreat, fundraiser event, graduation, birthday party, or other celebration.

The details of your event are limited by your imagination only. The space provides a blank canvas for you to arrange and decorate as you wish. You are welcome to work with the event planner, caterer, florist, and other vendors of your choosing. We are BYOB venue and would be happy to explain our requirements to serve alcohol.

Amenities include:

  • Two floors for gathering with two large balconies overlooking the river, plenty of lush green space, and a dock for stunning photographs

  • Use of folding white wooden chairs, plastic rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and patio furniture free of charge

  • Fully functional galley kitchen with countertop space and plenty of outlets for catering

  • Large elevator access to second and third floors

  • Restrooms on all levels, gender-inclusive restrooms on two floors

  • Ability to book Community Room with Rooftop Deck, or Full Facility & Grounds

  • Additional set-up days may be available for a fee

  • We are happy to work with you for an event packaged with water activities

Pricing and Capacity

  • $135 per hour  (minimum 2 hours Mon-Thu, minimum 4 hours Fri-Sun)

    Our most popular rental space, located on the 2nd floor of our facility. This space includes access to a galley kitchen, lobby, three small balconies, and a spacious outdoor rooftop patio located on the same floor. Available between 11am and 9pm, this space is reservable in half hour increments after the minimum duration has been met.

    $850 per day

    The beautiful community room with balconies and patio described above, at a convenient fixed rate for longer events over 6 hours. This full-day rental offers rentals the entire time from 11am to 9pm, with the option to purchase an earlier and/or later extension (8am-midnight), when available, for an additional fee of $450.

    CAPACITY: 100 INDOORS | 150 WITH GARDEN DECK

  • $170 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

    Our third floor offers a larger, more industrial, indoor space, with three small balconies and a narrow rooftop patio. This space has limited ability, but is great for school dances, small expos, and network/community meetings that do not require adjacent kitchen access. Please contact us to discuss details.

    Our beautiful and spacious riverfront lawn is perfect for picnics and retreats. Combined with one of our customized programs, such as a group kayak outing, our docks and grounds are an ideal setting for your summer gathering. Please contact us to discuss details.

  • $135 per hour

    Decorate for your event, schedule vendor drop-offs or pickups the day prior to or after your event, based on availability. Setup / pickup days will be confirmed approximately one month from event date, other than when confirmed at the time of booking the Full Facility & Grounds Package below.

  • $1800 flat rate

    The perfect option for those planning a larger event on a Saturday. Includes all public spaces of the Boathouse, comprising the Community Room and Lobby, Third Floor, 6 balconies, 2 rooftop patios, restrooms, galley kitchen, and Outdoor Grounds with extended hours from 8am - midnight. Also includes 4 hours of setup time the day prior (if available at time of booking) and a 2-hour vendor pick-up window for equipment and rentals the morning after the event (before noon). This package may be available for Sunday events - please inquire.
