Event Rentals at SCRC

Located in the quaint river community of Verona, PA, SCRC offers a truly unique setting for any event.

Our LEED certified, ADA accessible facility makes the most of natural light, fresh airflow, and panoramic water views.

From meetings and classes, to receptions and celebrations, SCRC offers a beautiful atmosphere and a functional layout for a wide variety of activities and memorable events.

With two balconies overlooking the Allegheny river, two floors for gathering, a full kitchen, and a versatile riverfront area, our venue offers unmatched beauty and value for your next special event!

COMMUNITY ROOM

Ideal for: Parties, retreats, classes, and other small gatherings

Rates:

  • $500 half day (4 hours)

  • $750 full day (8am-11:30pm)

  • $150 refundable security deposit

  • $150 additional hour or day-before setup

Maximum Occupancy:

  • 100 indoor space

  • 150 with deck

ENTIRE FACILITY & GROUNDS

Ideal for: Weddings, banquets, and bashes

Rates:

  • $1600 full day (8am-11:30pm)

  • $400 refundable security deposit

  • $300 additional day-before setup

Maximum Occupancy:

  • 250 indoor space only

  • 350 with deck & balcony

ADDITIONAL DETAILS & RENTAL AGREEMENT

Amenities:  Full kitchen (stove/microwave/refrigerators), 80 folding chairs,  (13) 6' plastic rectangular tables, (6) round standing tables, (3) large waste bins, 3-story elevator, and restrooms on all three levels.

Not Included: Room set-up and break down, tablecloths, dishes, cooking utensils and clean-up after your event.
