FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION

The Steel City Rowing Club’s (SCRC) Boathouse is located at 101 Arch Street , Verona , PA. Located in the quaint river community of Verona this venue offers a truly unique setting for any event. Our new GREEN facility over looks our park and affords a panoramic view of the Allegheny River from the deck accessed from the Boathouse Community Room. From meetings and classes to wedding receptions and corporate parties, SCRC offers a beautiful atmosphere and functional layout . Use the Community Room for meetings and retreats or invite friends and family to a special event that can utilize our large balcony overlooking the river, two floors of gathering, park and riverfront area.

Fees:	Private Parties/Corporate Meetings	SCRC Members/Local Community Groups
Community Room	$90 per hour (minimum one hour) $300/for 5 hours	$50.00 per three hours (1) Time free of charge in any one calendar year.
Entire Facility	$600 per day (includes two levels, balcony, park and riverfront)	$300 per day (includes two levels, balcony, park and riverfront)
Additional Hours	$60/per additional hour	$25/per additional hour
Security Deposit	$100 refundable security deposit is required per rental (see contract agreement for details)	$100 refundable security deposit (Required if food and beverages are served)
